Going Local For 2015 – Goals, Reasons & more

I’m going local here on the Zupr for Q1 & Q2 of 2015 and I want you to come along for the ride. When I say local of course I mean local SEO, I feeling pumped for the new year and have big goals and plans for the year ahead. Last year my main focus was on affiliate marketing. I had some pretty good returns from the campaigns I worked on but I have taken time to think about my business over Christmas and decided that going local for me in 2015 with all my marketing and SEO efforts is the right path for me to take.

I am tired of the idea of trying to rank a site for another JVZoo launch and what I want to do is provide some serious value from here on out.

I enjoy the affiliate marketing and the launch jacking I have been doing in 2014 but thinking about the value I provide with those campaigns compared to the value I feel I can provide with local SEO has convinced me to turn my attention to the local side of the SEO game.

If you know me at all you will know that I have worked in various different jobs up to this point in my life. Now I didn’t love all those jobs but I would like to give back to local service based industries. The online marketing world can be a very scary place for the owners of small brick and mortar companies and often the last place they go to drive business for their company.

I’ve talked to bosses in the past that wouldn’t have the faintest idea were to start if you told them the only place they could attract customers was here on out was the internet. I am aiming to help as many local businesses as I can achieve their goals in 2015 and along the way the rewards for myself will follow.

It’s funny with local SEO because it might be only one client you have to get to start making some really good money.

If you have a client that’s paying you $1000 or more a month and they refer you their friends you could potentially be looking at some serious bump in income that month alone. I’ve seen this happen on more than one occasion and I plan to provide the type of service to my clients that will get me referrals every month. There is also the chance to offer your current client free SEO if they refer clients to you.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that you can go really big extremely fast with local SEO. I plan to do just that in 2015 so if you want to join me and do something special this year please pop your email below.

I am by no means some sort of local SEO guru but I have a few tricks up my sleeve that give me the feeling I can pull in some big clients in the months ahead.

I have set myself a goal of having 10 new local SEO clients by July 1st 2015.

Now while some of you might be thinking that’s a pretty high number I’m pretty sure there is plenty of you out there that know within the local SEO game these numbers are highly achievable and will generate some nice profit when I do manage to get the clients on board.

There is a few methods I’m going to be using to get my clients signed up to a monthly contract but as I’m new to this part of SEO I will be starting with zero contacts or potential clients lined up.

I will be using YouTube as one of my main methods for me to get my foot in the door with these potential clients. YouTube is a great platform for ranking in the SERPS and ultimately driving leads to local businesses.

I will also be using Facebook ads to find potential clients and driving them to a landing page to collect emails or phone numbers so I can follow up with them.

Obviously I only briefly mentioned these two strategies I plan to use to hunt down clients but I will be going into in further detail shortly on the blog. I have a post lined up for some time next week to cover them in greater detail.

I wanted to let you know my intentions and goals for 2015 because I want you to know the direction the blog will be taking this year. By the end of the year and likely much sooner I want this site packed full of the baddest Local SEO strategies available online.

Let’s make this 2015 a year to remember.

I told you what my focus will be on this year but I’d love to hear what you have to say about your plans for the year ahead.

You going the local SEO route with me or what’s your plan?

Also if you would like some free tools to get your year off to a flyer and cut down on those wasted mins and hours please enter your email and I’ll send you on 85 of the best tools available online.

Cheers,

Al
