Below you will find all of the resources I use to help me build my business online. All of the resources help me in one way or another to work smarter and not harder. I want to complete my work as fast as possible and stay organized throughout so all of these resources help me do just that.

I only recommend tools & services that I have experience with so everything mentioned below gets my full backing.

Website Hosting

Getting your site online is a breeze when using Bluehost. It is the hosting provider I always recommend when you are starting out. Support is great and always fast to respond to any issues you might have.

Content Management System [cms]

The king of the CMS world. If you are not using WordPress for your sites than I'm worried about you ๐Ÿ™‚

A beast when it comes to organizing your online business and keeping all of your notes in one safe place. There is not much for me to say about Evernote other than go check it out and start using it now!

My favorite to-do tool. There are many on the market but I love the simple layout of Wunderlist. Add to-dos on the fly than expand on your notes within Evernote later that day. A must have in my opinion.

Themes & Plugins

Thrive Themes

Fast, simple & beautiful that's what Thrive Themes says to me. Thrive is a company I can't recommend highly enough and their themes are no different. [this site is running on the Rise thrive theme]

Thrive Content Builder

You know how I feel about Thrive by now and the Thrive Content Builder is no different. Pimp your WordPress site like never before and do it all with no coding experience whatsoever. Drag and drop your way to a beautiful and fully optimized website.

Thrive Leads

This is the best list building plugin on the market today. There is more expensive monthly options out there that do not have half the features that Thrive Leads has. Honestly get this plugin from day one and start building your email lists now.

Community, Training & Mastermind

When it comes to finding what's working online right NOW Swipevault has you covered. Swipe what's working now from the top online marketers out there and implement it in your business for rapid growth. There is also a Private mastermind group inside which is brilliant.

Social Media Management

Setup a posting schedule for all of your social media accounts using Buffer. Once you post then you can also track clicks and engagement on all of your posts from inside a sweet dashboard.

This is an RSS reader on steroids. Follow all of your favorite sites and get their content directly into the feeds you set up. I use the Feedly app way more then the site and integrated with Buffer I stockpile content for my social accounts and post at the specific times I have set.

Tracking & Analytics

internet marketing

Google Analytics

Track everything on all of your sites and see who is doing what, where and why. Bit of a learning curve but Google Analytics is such a good tool for free.

SEO Tools

GSA Search Engine Ranker

This is my baby. Build thousands of links in a matter of hours [if that's your thing] and blast your way to the top of the rankings. GSA Search Engine Ranker What a tool ๐Ÿ™‚

FCS Networker

Build Web2 blog networks and manage them all under one roof. Post to your networks and watch your properties rank. FCS Networker lets you do this and a hell of a lot more.

SEO Content Machine

Create an unlimited amount of content for any keywords you can think of. SEO Content machine is the best content creator available. [full review & tutorial]

Spin Rewriter

Spin any piece of content you have with Spin Rewriter and generate 100% unique copies of that article to use for all your link building campaigns.

Word Ai

Another popular choice when it comes to spinning articles. Word Ai in my opinion though is more expensive and of lesser quality to Spin Rewriter.

Video Creation

Tube Live Commando

YouTube Live videos rank faster & higher then both Hangouts & standard uploads straight out of the box. Give yourself an edge and start using Tube Live Commando to claim top spot rankings faster than your competitors.

Camtasia Studio

For most of my video creation needs I use Camtasia. Learning to edit your videos will be both fun and a pain in the ass but for anybody who wants to get into video, this software is excellent.

Upwork [formally Odesk]  is a great place to outsource virtually any task that you can think of. Article writing, WordPress development & anything else you need done this site has you covered.

I'm sure you all know about Fiverr. Pretty much any task completed for $5. Sweet!

Email Marketing

Building an email list is essential and Mailchimp has you covered when it comes to this. It is also free for up to 2000 emails sent per month so having this as your email client makes complete sense especially if you are just starting out.

Keyword Research

Long Tail Pro

Finding and storing your keywords is something Long Tail Pro does extremely well. It uses the Keyword Planner as it's source for keywords but it does make searching and discovering those money keywords so much easier.
